Placing Orders and Payment

When you place an order on Sand + Fog, you are offering to purchase the selected items. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Most order declines occur due to payment complications or product unavailability.

All prices are displayed in USD and may change without notice.
If we identify a pricing error before shipment, we will contact you prior to fulfilling your order.
Payments are securely processed through trusted providers at checkout; we do not store complete payment card information on our servers.
To maintain fair product availability, perfume oils are limited to five units per scent per customer. Orders requested beyond this limit will be canceled.

Shipping

Sand + Fog ships products to the address you specify at checkout. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate, as we cannot redirect packages once dispatched. Provided delivery estimates are approximate and not guaranteed.

After your order leaves our facility, it is in the carrier’s possession. We will support you in tracking your shipment; however, Sand + Fog is not liable for any delivery delays or lost packages after shipment.

Returns and Refunds
